Rule 23
Date of hearing
(1) The hearing will be conducted by the court on the day fixed by the Chief Justice.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the registrar shall fix a date for hearing the case on the day specified.
(3) Weekly and daily attendance list will be published according to the date specified in accordance with sub-rule (2).
(4) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the case listed in the list according to this rule cannot be adjourned unless otherwise ordered by the court.
